The HIPAA compliant cloud recording feature is a legacy feature; it still supported for customers currently using it, but will not be enabled on additional accounts. (To request to disable recording on your account, please contact our Sales Team at [email protected] .)
If you are a Clinical Supervisor or Account Administrator on an account with recording enabled, this support article will cover how manage your account's recording settings.
